We’re just a few weeks away from the end of 2025 and it’s been something of an interesting ride. With the different situations and circumstances introduced by the current US Administration, we’ve seen Communities of Color greatly impacted in more ways than one. While the political, social and socio-economic scenes undergo activity, change and impact, we see our priority to further develop and curate products, projects and services as essential. We are here to still serve.

2026 PLANNING PROCESSES

While we’re still in business, we’re gearing up to plan and position for the coming 2026 year. Our job is to review and assess accordingly to what’s needed internally and externally. We’ll be reviewing our intentions and agendas to ensure there is alignment with what we know is working and what is not and to gain a better scope and vision on the things that go beyond revenue generation and profits. We want to affect and impact our communities as best as possible with consideration to the changing landscape and shifting priorities in messaging.

STREAMLINING FOR MORE

We’re constantly pitching and playing around with new ideas and concepts for new and newer projects—though some never really make it to light. For 2026, we’re looking to scale back a bit and refine what’s on our plates. Given the potential of things to affect the audiences and communities we’d like to serve, it shouldn’t go underestimated that we must adapt and change and therefore plan and position for effective performance as a business operation.

Week 47: PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT—Art, Design and Photography Products (Nov 16 - 22)

THE BUSINESS QUARTER: APPROACHING THE END OF 2025

• Focus: Review & Consolidation of Project End-results + combining past works into new compositions.

• Challenge: Merge past and/or standing works to develop products series.

• Marketing Angle: Share the layered process and encourage others to remix their own work.

Operating within the week of Thanksgiving, the true (Christmas) Holiday Season begins. With that comes the greatest potential and opportunities position for community activities and sales. Our effort will be get all product proposals under review and discussion to refine the list and begin the process developing them. Product marketing plans are to be developed prepared for implementation as well.

Our proposed product list is Artistic Digital Products, Wall Art and other publishable goods.

LOOKING FOR NEW RELATIONSHIPS!

As we continue to develop newer and newer projects, we’re also looking to collaborate and partner with those that excel within those same fields.

If you are a Visual Artist (Sketch Artist, Illustrator, Painter, Sculptor, etc.) who is EXCITED to share their work, we’d love to network and collaborate with you!

We’re looking for other creators within the local North Bethesda, MD (and surrounding Washington, DC areas) for Artists, Designers, Photographers and other Creatives to build and commune with. As LIAM IAN™ symbolizes growth and change for one man of Color, Ethnicity and Culture, we want to features those who symbolize and embody that as well.

A SPECIAL MESSSAGE

Let their efforts be to strengthen and empower rather than invoke and stoke fear. Individually and collectively, our efforts must be to assist in not only educating, appreciating, celebrating and encouraging Black and Brown Communities, Identities and Cultures but in actively encouraging change and innovation as the needed response to all that’s being done. We must get back to an era or philosophy that served as a beacon of what could be for Black and Brown People casting aside the things that have come with dynamic commercialism and corporate socio-economic agendas. Principles, values, philosophies, and ideas that saw People of Color in colleges and raising families and contributing healthily to local and larger communities. We must reignite the light dignity, integrity and wisdom within our people because at the end of the day, it truly does take a village. —Liam Ian

While we’re active within our Creative Quarter, we’re still using our resources to develop additional types of Art. Ai Art is category we like to play around in generally in also developing products and assets to implement services. We’re creating prompts to develop Creative Quarter and Category assets; this week will be about Painting and Dynamic Colors. Infusing our Custom Color Palette with messages for this Black History Month and other relative activities, we’re striving to bring more and more to add to what we do and offer.

PHOTOGRAPHY ACTIVITIES & EVENTS

Dedicated Seasonal Photography @ Home (The Grand of North Bethesda)

Keeping active, this is a seasonal photography event held at the personal residence community of Liam Ian, The Grand of NOBE (North Bethesda).

Taking advantage of the natural landscape and general environment, this is an opportunity for community members to meet and greet and get to know one another will being captured for the season. This event is not only for Liam Ian as an artist and photographer but for others interested in photography and photography associated activities get active, create and socialize.

Food. Music. Drinks. This is a social activity for community members and others to enjoy. To be held primarily in The Grand Pub Room. Outdoor photography may be done within The Grand Patio, Garden, Grills and other associated areas.

*All photography implemented by Liam Ian Black may be used for skills training & enhancement, personal & professional portfolio development and other IP and associated business activities of LIAM IAN™. Resources may be provided on site to produce prints of photography however this is not promised aspect of the activity. A complete library of images can be provided by request at a later time.
